Arlington National Cemetery Funeral Video Services
Frequently Asked Questions about our videotaping of burial services at Arlington National Cemetery:
Q: Why should I use your services to
videotape at Arlington National Cemetery?
A: We provide a clear broadcast quality video image, created by video production
professionals using professional quality video equipment. We use multiple
video camera angles and supply multiple DVD copies with a photomontage
included. Just some of the reasons to use our services. Please see the
"Why Us and What's
Included" pages for all the details.
Q: Can I see some sample videos of some
other funeral services that you have videotaped at Arlington
National Cemetery?
A: We do not show funeral videos to anyone but the family of the
deceased. Please know that we will not show the video from your
loved one's service to anyone else. Other then our camera people and
editors you will be the only ones to see the video from your loved
one's funeral. Even if it means that we lose a booking because
someone insists on seeing a sample funeral video we will not share
your video with strangers. At some point we will put a short generic
sample video on this web site. This video will be generic in nature
and you will be unable to identify whose funeral the video came
from. Your privacy is assured!
Q: How long in advance do I need to book your services?
A: Hard to say. The longer in advance you call the more likely that
your date and time will be available. If you call with less then a
week notice it's not likely we'd be available- but you never
know give it a try. Bottom line- as far in advance as possible to
be sure we are available.
Q: Tell me more about the Photomontage.
What's included in the montage?
A: You can supply us up to twenty pictures of your loved one that we will
edit to music and add to your final DVD copies. You can supply the
actual pictures or send them to us as a JPEG file via e-mail or on a CD.
Please remember that things do get lost in the mail and we are not
responsible for any pictures lost or destroyed in the mail.
Q: What do I need to do or bring the day
of the service
A: To bring: (1) Any pictures (or CD JPEG copies)
that you'd like included in the photo montage (up to 20). (2) The
check for payment in full for our services. (3) A short written bio
of the deceased for us to include at the end of the video. Several
short paragraphs work best. If it's too long we'll edit it to a
shorter version and send it to you to look at. To Do:
We will be at the Administration Building about one hour before the
scheduled time of the grave side service. We will meet you there and
discuss any last minute details.
